Description

The Authority is procuring a 4-year Framework that is designed to allow a compliant route to market for local and nationwide specialist retrofit and building safety contractors.  The Framework created may be accessed by any of CHIC’s Members (Employers) and any Authorised Users, collectively referred to as the Members or Employers.
This CHIC framework will be created to provide an efficient, value for money, compliant, procurement route for local authorities, social landlords and other public sector bodies for the consultancy and works (design, supply and installation) of retrofit and building safety works and other associated works along with the implementation of digital measuring, analytics and reporting tools in all types of public sector refurbishment and regeneration projects.
Members are able to Call-off from the Framework via Mini-competition of Direct Award (DAC). The objective procedure for Direct Award via business case is detailed in the procurement documents.

You are invited to submit a tender for the installation of LED lighting and associated works at Tir Y Berth Primary School, New Road, Hengoed CF82 8AU.
