CHIC Healthy Homes Framework 2024-28

The Authority is procuring a 4-year Framework that is designed to allow a compliant route to market for local and nationwide specialist retrofit and building safety contractors. The Framework created may be accessed by any of CHIC's Members (Employers) and any Authorised Users, collectively referred to as the Members or Employers. This CHIC framework will be created to provide an efficient, value for money, compliant, procurement route for local authorities, social landlords and other public sector bodies for the consultancy and works (design, supply and installation) of retrofit and building safety works and other associated works along with the implementation of digital measuring, analytics and reporting tools in all types of public sector refurbishment and regeneration projects.
