EN:Procure - Framework for Installation, Servicing, Maintenance and Repair Works (GEN4)

EN:Procure Ltd. (ENP) is a social housing regeneration consortium based in North of England. ENP specialises in the procurement of goods, works and services for the construction and maintenance of social housing properties.\r \r ENP wishes to procure and enter into a Framework Agreement with multiple contractors for the completion of a range of installation, repair and/or servicing works to be undertaken on a planned, cyclical or responsive basis to residential and/or commercial buildings predominantly in the regions of Yorkshire and Humberside, East Midlands and North West England but this may extend to other areas of the UK. Call offs under the framework may be undertaken on a on a single stage or multi-stage call-off basis, with provisions for early contractor involvement.\r \r The scopes of the framework includes (but not limited to) the following items:\r - refurbishment, maintenance, repairs and/or minor construction works (including extensions/rebuilding etc) to various property types, including residential and mixed use developments including commercial or public infrastructure buildings/assets, \r - installation and using of different traditional and modern building technologies and energy \r efficiency solutions in line with the current standards,\r - making minor building, infrastructure, planned, remedial repair and reactive maintenance works\r - Works to prepare void properties for relet\r - Servicing, inspection, testing and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems\r - Works to prepare void properties for relet\r \r The contractors will be expected to complete the works to a high standard and are expected to share ENP's commitment to regeneration, specifically the creation of training, work placement, educational activity, direct and shared apprenticeship, and new employment opportunities. Over the term of the framework ENP will expect contractors to develop their own ESG strategies as appropriate to bring wider benefits to ENP and members. EEM0056 Property Improvements and Decarbonisation Works Framework

Efficiency East Midlands (EEM Ltd) is a procurement consortium which establishes and manages a range of frameworks and DPS agreements. Our membership has now grown to over 352 members including organisations providing services to the whole public sector including housing associations, local authorities, NHS Trusts, Education Providers and Emergency Services. EEM Ltd has conducted a tender exercise for the renewal of our existing Property Improvement Works Framework (EEM0056) which expired in 2024 with the inclusion of a lot for Decarbonisation works. The Framework agreement will be for a period of 48 months and will run from 29th April 2024 to 28th April 2028. Provision of Repairs & Maintenance, Gas Servicing and Capital Improvement Works Programmes - Interim Contracts 2024-2026

The appointment by Birmingham City Council of two Contractors for the provision of Responsive Repairs & Maintenance Services, Gas Servicing and Capital Improvement Work Programmes (including Major Adaptations) and Standalone Projects regarding the Council's housing stock in all areas of Birmingham. The contract period is for two years commencing 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2026. Birmingham City Council is the largest local authority in Europe and one of the largest social landlords in the country with a stock portfolio of approximately 60,000 properties. The Council requires contracts to provide a day to day repair service, (including 24 hours cover for emergency repairs); repair work to void properties prior to re-letting; cyclical repairs; planned maintenance and improvement programmes; retrofit works to the Council's housing stock to reduce carbon impact, disabled adaptations; inspection services; planning supervisor services; design specification; work planning and quality control, together with customer relations and the appropriate financial and administrative support. The scope of the gas and heating installations, servicing and maintenance workstream includes providing an annual service to all appliances, in line with the Council's statutory obligation. The Council has bespoke contract terms and a 'price per' approach (for repairs (Price per Property), gas servicing and repairs (Price per Gas & Heating) and capital elemental works (Price per Element), voids are priced via the National Housing Federations Schedule of Rates and standalone projects are priced. The Council is committed to providing quality services to customers. Contractors are required to assist the Council in achieving and furthering this objective through continuous service improvement. The Council has established key performance indicators which contractors are expected to consistently meet. Under this contract the contractors and their supply chains are required to actively participate in the achievement of the Contracting Authority's social, economic and environmental objectives.
