The Authority seeks to establish a multi-supplier Framework to provide Energy Efficiency Retrofit measures in accordance with PAS 2035, and traditional Investment and refurbishment works for domestic and public buildings for its Members and other Public Sector Contracting Bodies. 
The scope of the framework includes (but is not limited to)
PV and Battery Storage; ASHP / GSHP; Insulation including EWI, IWI, CWI, Loft and floor; Windows & Doors; Ventilation; Roofing; Roofline & rainwater goods; Electrical Work; Boiler Replacement; Hot water / heat distribution systems; Kitchens; Bathrooms; Damp & Mould remediation; Internal Decoration; Plastering; Carpentry & joinery; Wall tiling & Boarding; Above & Below DPC pipework; Footpaths; Associated works; Pre & Post Installation Surveys and Tests; PAS 2035 Consultancy

Candidates will be assessed in accordance with Section 5 of the 2015 Public Contract Regulations (implementing the directive) on the basis of information provided in response to an invitation to tender (ITT) registering for access.
