SE1115 Design and Technical Assurance Framework

Sport England has established a framework agreement for Technical Assurance and Design services. The Technical services (Lot 1) include quantity surveying services, such as reviewing cost plans, design fees, environmentally sustainable measures (Building Regulations compliant and enhanced proposals) and advising on benchmark costs for facilities proposed. The Contracting Authority is establishing a multiple provider "Manufacturer-led" framework to deliver artificial grass pitches (AGP). This procurement relates to Consultants who will be awarded a place on the framework and who will be required to work as part of an integrated team with the AGP Providers to deliver sports playing surfaces to meet the requirements of the National Governing Bodies of Sport including Football, Hockey, Rugby Union and Rugby League. National Framework for Professional Services in Construction and Premises 2024

The Education Alliance are establishing a framework of consultants for professional services in construction and premises contracts within the UK excluding Scotland. The framework will cover projects including, but is not limited to, new builds, extensions, refurbishments, housing builds, multi-complex builds, works covering the railway industry, infrastructure projects, etc. The procurement was a single stage process following the Public Contract Regulations 2015 open procedure. The framework agreement will be established for a period of 3 years from April 2024, with the option to extend for a further period of 1 year, at the discretion of the contracting authority and subject to satisfactory performance. The framework will be split in to 23 separate lots, which will operate with a maximum of 1 consultant for lot 1, and for lots 2 to 23, a maximum of 9 consultants per region per lot.

National Framework for Professional Services in Construction and Premises 2024 - AWARD

This Project has been awarded The next version of the framework will be structured to cover both multi-disciplinary solutions and single service solutions. The Framework Agreement is expected to be established for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend for a further period of up to 1 year, from April 2024.
