Description

Sport England has established a framework agreement for Technical Assurance and Design services. 

The Technical services (Lot 1) include quantity surveying services, such as reviewing cost plans, design fees, environmentally sustainable measures (Building Regulations compliant and enhanced proposals) and advising on benchmark costs for facilities proposed. Estimated value of call-offs is £2.5m

The Design services (Lot 2) include leadership, coordination and overall project management for architectural and design services on specific projects. Estimated value of call-offs is £3.5m

Awarded to the Most Economically Advantageous Tenderers (MEAT).
Framework Term: 2nd April 2024 - 1st April 2028. 

The final framework agreement was signed on the 23rd July 2024.

Professional Services and Development Framework

Scape Procure Scotland Limited (trading as SCAPE Scotland) is establishing a framework agreement for the provision of Professional Services and Development throughout Scotland. Experienced suppliers are invited to apply for one of 2 professional services and development lots for the provision of services within the built environment, infrastructure and development, as defined by the NUTS and CPV codes contained in this notice. SCAPE Scotland is establishing a framework agreement for the initial period of four (4) years with an option to extend by two (2) years which will run consecutively. Due to character limitations, this Contract Notice will be followed by a Corrigendum to ensure the mention of all public sector bodies eligible to use the Framework.
