*This is a Contract Award Notice* It is Hyde’s intention in respect of this invitation to tender to appoint a framework of consultants, divided into lots, to provide a range of consultancy services (Employers Agent, Architectural Services, Principal Designer (CDM), Clerk of Works, Planning Consultant and Fire Engineer) to THG (The Hyde Group) and other third-party framework users. The consultancy services provided via the framework will primarily support the delivery of new homes. Successful consultants will be appointed via a Framework Agreement.

OPSS Testing of Fire Door-Sets and Component Devices

1. You are invited to tender for Project 3276 - Testing of Fire Door-Sets and Component Devices. The requirement is for the testing of a variety of internal and external door sets against certain performance criteria outlines in their designated product standard – BS EN 16304 and BS EN 14351-1. 2. The requirement and subsequent contract shall be for a period of 24 months with the option to extend by up to 12 months. The estimated value for the contract is £500,000 for the contract period including any extension and is exclusive of VAT. 3. This Procurement is being carried out in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 under the Regulation 27 Open Procedure. Tenderers must submit a tender as a single legal entity. Tenderers can submit a tender as part of a proposed consortium or with named sub-contractors, but the tender must be submitted by a single legal entity that will represent the consortium or group of economic operators. 4. The anticipated date for the contract award decision is 28th of April 2025. Please note that this is an indicative date and may change. 5. The clarification period ends on the 07th of March 2025 at 13:00 GMT. You must submit your tender to arrive no later than 13:00 GMT on the 24th of March 2025

Mersey Tidal Power Project - Front-End Engineering Design Services (FEED Services) - Phase 4

Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (LCRCA) is looking to progress a Front-End Engineering Design Services (FEED Services) Contract to further develop the Mersey Tidal Power Project (Project). The Specification details the scope of the FEED Services, across a combination of project, commercial and technical aspects to enable a full technoeconomic development study of all aspects of the Project. The FEED Services contract is to be performed as part of the Phase 4a Development activity on the Project, and in parallel with the Development Consent Order (DCO) Consenting activity, (performed by others) The FEED Services contract will improve the specification of the scope of works through multi-discipline outline design and deliver a comprehensive approach to future contracting of the detail engineering and construction including a full cost estimate and schedule based on the configuration, scope, method and approach to Phase 5 Engineering and Phases 6-9 Construction, Testing and Commissioning. The Specification is to be read in conjunction with other documents identified in the Tender Return. It is important that the Tenderer (Consultant) recognises the breadth and depth of activity within the FEED Services Contract scope and is able to evidence that the extent of work is within their competence and capability.
