Employers Agent, Clerk of Works & Principal Designer Services Framework 2024-2028 - AWARD

The purpose of this Framework Agreement is to establish robust working partnerships with Employers Agent, Clerk of Works and Principal Designer consultants, to enable the successful delivery of Aster's development programme over the next four years. The framework places significant emphasis on delivering high-quality products to customers, following policies and standards, and reducing post-handover problems. Aster is seeking consultant partners who are flexible and forward-thinking, particularly when it comes to changes in building safety and sustainability standards. The framework also aims to add value to both Aster and preferably a limited number of suppliers/partners by promoting transparency, openness, and long-term collaborative relationships. Clerk of Works Framework

Paradigm Housing Group (PHG) is setting up a Clerk of Works Framework which will comprise of three Framework Consultants. Paradigm is a developing housing association building approximately 2000 new residential properties over the next five years. Our development portfolio comprises a mixture of land led & regeneration, joint venture, land & build package and S106 schemes across our area of operation. Paradigm appoints a consultant Clerk of Works (COW) for every new build development project, to carry out regular (mostly weekly) inspections to monitor build quality on-site and to attend other meetings and investigate and monitor specific quality issues as required. The Clerk of Works is also appointed to monitor the quality of Mechanical and Electrical installations and to observe the commissioning of such installations where necessary. The consultant COW plays a key role in delivering Paradigm’s quality strategy and forms an integral part of the project team, working closely with other consultants such as the Employer’s Agent, as well as the Contractor and Paradigm’s internal and external stakeholders. Because of these key roles, it is critical that Paradigm has access to suitably qualified and experienced consultant Clerk of Works with the capacity to resource projects adequately. The estimated value of the Framework Agreement is up to £2,500,000. The Framework will be in place for 4 years from 27th August 2024 to 26th August 2028. However, it should be noted that call-offs under the Framework may be longer in duration. If your organisation wishes to participate in this process you need to register on the ProActis Portal. Development Consultants Framework

*This Framework has been awarded and this notice is a Contract Award Notice* It is Hyde's intention in respect of this invitation to tender to appoint a framework of consultants, divided into lots, to provide a range of consultancy services (Employers Agent, Architectural Services, Principal Designer (CDM), Clerk of Works, Planning Consultant and Fire Engineer) to THG (The Hyde Group) and other third-party framework users. The consultancy services provided via the framework will primarily support the delivery of new homes. Successful consultants will be appointed via a Framework Agreement.
