EN:Procure - Framework for Installation, Refurbishment and/or Maintenance to Lifts, Stairlifts and Personal Lifting Equipment (GEN4)

EN:PROCURE LIMITED ("ENP") is a social housing regeneration consortium based in the North of England. ENP specialises in the procurement of goods, works and services for the construction and maintenance of social housing properties but may extend to other property types that are owned or managed by our Members.\r \r ENP wishes to procure and enter into a framework agreement with multiple Contractors for the completion of various installation, refurbishment, servicing and maintenance works of lifts, stairlifts and personal lifting equipment to residential, public and/or commercial buildings.\r \r The typical types of lifts covered under this Framework will be (including but not limited to):\r \r â€¢ Passenger lift: hydraulic MRL\r â€¢ Passenger lift: traction MRL\r â€¢ Traction passenger lifts\r â€¢ Hydraulic passenger lifts\r â€¢ Goods lift: hydraulic MRL\r â€¢ Goods lift: traction MRL\r â€¢ Goods lift hydraulic\r â€¢ Goods lift traction\r â€¢ Service lifts: dumb waiter\r â€¢ Service lifts: trolley lift\r â€¢ Inclined and vertical platform lifts\r â€¢ Curved or Straight Stairlifts\r â€¢ Hoists\r â€¢ Through Floor Lifts\r â€¢ Wheelchair Platform Lifts \r â€¢ Step Lifts\r â€¢ Ceiling track hoists\r \r Call offs under the framework may be undertaken on a on a single stage or multi-stage call-off basis, with provisions for early Contractor involvement.\r \r The Contractor(s) will be expected to provide the works to a high standard and are expected to share ENP's commitment to regeneration, specifically the creation of training, work placement, educational activity, direct and shared apprenticeship, and new employment opportunities. Installation of Passenger Lifts for the Re-Imagining of Boathouse 6 Project

By the Summer of 2026, NMRN are to introduce two new attractions into Boathouse No.6, Portsmouth Historic Dockyard (PHD) to deepen and broaden the offer to its audiences. The NMRN is seeking the provision of new lifts on a design and build contract basis. The lift design and build contractor will be procured early in the RIBA 4 stage to allow the lift contractor to work with the design team and secure manufacturing windows to align with the base build programme and the requirements of the building and any requirements from its historic status. Replacement Lift within Ward Four (4) at Glangwili General Hospital (GGH)

Hywel Dda University Health Board (HDUHB) have a requirenment to replace the existing lift within ward four (4) at Glangwili General Hospital (GGH). The works required are comprised of the dismantling and removal of the existing lift equipment, followed by the design, manufacture, supply, construction, installation, and commissioning of one (1) traction machine-room-less (MRL) stretcher passenger lift enhanced with bed passenger lift features. The requirement shall be in place for one (1) year and five (5) months which includes a twelve (12) month warranty / maintenance period following the successful installation and handover of the new lift. Upon the conclusion of this maintenance period, the All-Wales lift maintenance provider will complete an inspection of the lift and absorb it into its contract portfolio. Scope of the Contract HDUHB are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified lift supplier to facilitate the replacement of the vertical transportation (VT) unit at GGH. The VT system must comprise of the following: - A simplex, 20 persons / 1500kg Traction MRL Trolley / Stretcher Lift with a rated speed of 1.0m/s, spanning 4 levels which shall be designed, manufactured and installed in compliance with the requirements of Welsh Health Technical Memorandum (WHTM): Lifts (WHTM08-02: 2017) where existing design constraints allow. - The existing lift is used to carry hospital beds. Its current dimensions are larger than the WHTM definition of a Trolley / Stretcher Lift. The New Lift will need to meet the existing dimensions and duty load as a minimum. For this reason, some features of the WHTM Bed lift specification will be necessary and incorporated into the design specification. - The hospital site operates entirely on essential power. This means the supply power to the lift will be fed from a generator periodically. The supplier should allow for this in their design submission. The Lift Contractor shall ensure that the design, manufacture, construction and installation of the lifts is undertaken in full compliance with the requirements of the Lifts Regulations 2016.
