NHSD&G wishes to appoint a Contractor to provide Window Cleaning Services throughout Dumfries & Galloway in line with the requirements of: “Design for safety in use and during cleaning of windows, including door-height windows and roof windows – Code of practice” BS 8213-1:2004, Windows Doors & Rooflights BS EN 7985, “Safe Use of Aluminium Ladders” BS EN 2037 and “Safe Use of Wood Ladders” BS 1129. The works indicated above shall enable the Client to demonstrate compliance with the relevant sections of Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and supporting documentation such as COSHH Regulations 2002, Working from Height Regulations 2005, IPAF trained, PASMA trained, and any other relevant guidance, legislation or competences applicable to the works associated with this contract.

Cloch Housing Association - Two Year Landscape Maintenance Contract 2024-2026

The Contract will principally comprise litter picking, grass cutting, shrub bed, hedging and leaf collection landscape maintenance services to existing properties and common landscaped areas throughout Greenock, Inverkip and Port Glasgow, Inverclyde to the areas detailed within the Landscape Architects tender drawings. The Contract may also include bulk uplifts, tree maintenance services, tree and stump removal works, and repairs to existing damaged grass and other landscaped areas. The commencement date for the Measured Term Contract is currently estimated to be 1st March 2024 and the completion date is 28th February 2026. Subject to satisfactory performance of the Contractor, which will be assessed through measurement of the Key Performance Indicator’s (Refer Tender Document F), it is intended that the Contract will be extended on an annual basis by a maximum of three further years until 2029. Orders for future landscape maintenance services may be placed by Cloch Housing Association during Years Three, Four and Five, or at any point until expiry of the Measured Term Contract (maximum of five years from the date of entering into the Contract).

Two Year Bulk Uplift and Bin Collection Services Contract

The Contract applies to houses and flatted properties belonging to Paisley Housing Association within Foxbar, Glenburn, South, Town Centre & West End areas of Paisley. (Refer Tender Document 4 for further information). The Contract term will be for an initial two year period with optional annual 1 year + 1Year + 1 Year extensions up to a maximum contract during of five years overall. The decision to award the contract extensions will be at the discretion of Paisley Association and will be on the basis of one year increments. Bidders should note that the list of properties and scope of works required to be carried out may increase or decrease during the contract period. Bidders are also advised that Paisley Housing Association may extend the Contract to additional locations throughout Foxbar, Glenburn, South, Town Centre & West End areas of Paisley to take account of any changes to requirements or new stock acquired during the Contract.
