EEM0024-23 Asbestos Surveys and Removal Services Framework

Efficiency East Midlands Ltd (EEM) is a not for profit consortium which establishes and manages a range of framework and DPS agreements. Our membership has now grown to over 360 public sector organisations including housing associations and ALMO's, Local Authorities, NHS trusts, Education Providers, Blue Light Services, Government Agencies and Charities. EEM have also established a formal collaboration with 3 like-minded procurement consortiaWestworks, South East Consortium and Advantage South West. The Framework will provide EEM Members with a provision for their Asbestos Survey, Removal and Disposal Services covering both Domestic & Commercial properties to help members deliver safe Asbestos working solutions. Responsive Repairs Framework 2023

The University has established an internal framework of suitably experienced supplier/s to deliver responsive repairs across all University Campuses. Historically, responsive repairs services have been procured on a project by project basis, either by direct appointment or on via a quotation or tender process, depending on the value of the individual project This framework allows for full flexibility of supplier appointment throughout the contract duration. The purpose of this procurement is to establish a framework for the provision of Specialist Estates Engineering & Maintenance Services (Hard FM). The framework will provide a one stop shop for organisations to fulfil their Specialist Estates Engineering & Maintenance Service (Hard FM) requirements, with suppliers selected for their experience and ability to provide customers with a comprehensive range of services and works that combine quality, value and compliance. The framework has been designed to facilitate current trends in FM and also to provide a flexible route for Estates and FM departments within contracting authorities to procure services. The framework Lots have been configured to enable Service Providers to be able to bid for areas within their specialism, making it friendly for SME's. Service Providers have the option of bidding for one or more Lots within the framework, with NOECPC appointing up to 12 Service Providers for each Lot. Unitas Stoke-on-Trent is seeking to establish a framework of suitably qualified contractors to deliver supporting activities for Unitas in connection with its maintenance and improvement of Stoke-on-Trent City Council's social housing stock.
