The contract covers for the provision of asbestos surveying services including the analysis of samples taken. The objective of the contract is to receive accurate and timely survey information to assist the council in managing its building and housing stock in a safe and effective manner. The existing industrial unit has been the subject of an asbestos demolition survey, which consequently requires the licenced removal of all asbestos containing materials and subsequent demolition of the building. Licenced removal of ACMs in accordance with the asbestos demolition survey supplied, and the subsequent demolition of the property.
