Description

Lincolnshire Housing Partnership has a number of Sheltered Schemes which provides communal laundry facilities for the tenants who live there.  As part of this tender there are 14 sites located over Grimsby/Immingham in North East Lincolnshire with 21 driers and 25 washing machines and a further 8 sites located in the Boston area of Lincolnshire with a total of 17 driers and 18 washing machines. 
We are seeking a contractor who can service and maintain the laundry equipment on a quarterly basis as well as provide a responsive repairs service for any additional ad-hoc call-outs needed through the term of the contract in line with our Key Performance Indicators.
The term of the contract will be a fixed price 3-year contract  with the option to extend for a further 36 months in 12 month increments which covers all the existing communal laundry equipment across all locations.

Knowsley Council, Trafford Council and Rochdale Borough Council are seeking to establish a Framework Agreement (the Contract) for the supply, installation and maintenance of personal lifts and hoists. The Framework Agreement is for the supply, installation, servicing, maintenance, removal and re-installation of stairlifts, vertical through floor lifts, steplifts and hoists that improve the access to facilities for disabled people with sensory and mobility loss. The Framework Agreement (the Contract) will be for a period of 48 months. The Framework will be divided into four lots. A pre-market engagement notice has not been completed as the contracting authorities determined market engagement is not required due to the route to market being open tender. A planned procurement notice has not been completed as the contracting authorities do not wish to reduce the timescales of this tender.
