Description

Corsham Town Council is seeking quotes to refurbish the public toilets on Newlands Road, Corsham.
Specifically:
1.	Removal and disposal of the mirrors, toilet paper holders, hand dryers, basins, toilets, cubicles and their respective fixtures and fittings in the ladies and men's toilets. 
2.	Supply and installation of new mirrors, toilet paper holders, combination hand wash/dryer units and toilets in the ladies` and men`s toilets. 
3.	Supply and installation of new cubicles in the ladies` and men`s toilets. 
4.	Supply and installation of a new door on the utility/cleaning cupboard in the disabled toilets.
5.	Supply and installation of new safety flooring in the disabled toilets.
6.	Treat and repaint the ceiling in the men`s and ladies' toilets. 
7.	Supply and installation of a new door on the disabled toilet with a tamper-proof lock.
8.	Regrouting of the wall tiles in the men`s and ladies` toilets. 
9.	Installation of new stainless steel grab rails in the ladies` and men`s toilets. 
10.	Repainting of all external doors and their fascia boards.
11.	Replace and tidy-up floor grills in the men's and ladies' toilets.
12.	Replace air freshener units (using a vandal resistant design that can cope with a high footfall).
13.	Replace sensor tap in the disabled toilet.

Knowsley Council, Trafford Council and Rochdale Borough Council are seeking to establish a Framework Agreement (the Contract) for the supply, installation and maintenance of personal lifts and hoists. The Framework Agreement is for the supply, installation, servicing, maintenance, removal and re-installation of stairlifts, vertical through floor lifts, steplifts and hoists that improve the access to facilities for disabled people with sensory and mobility loss. The servicing and maintenance will be predominantly carried out in private owner occupier's household properties, but could also be required in other tenures. The Framework Agreement (the Contract) will be for a period of 48 months. The Framework will be divided into four lots. A pre-market engagement notice has not been completed as the contracting authorities determined market engagement is not required due to the route to market being open tender. A planned procurement notice has not been completed as the contracting authorities do not wish to reduce the timescales of this tender.
