Dudley MBC is seeking interest in Contractors to provide a works contract which delivers Large-scale Capital Planned Works to include - Re-Render Programmes, Bathroom Renewal, Kitchen Replacement, Minor Works & Subsidence, External Facades (Roofing), Improvements to Stock Condition, Estate Improvements, Garage improvements ( Major Components, Re-Roof, demolition), and Higher Value strategic  Void support (over £5K refurbishment) within the Borough of Dudley.
A principal contractor will be appointed to carry out the whole of the works included within the contract.

2.1. Caledonia is seeking to appoint contractors to a contract for Kitchen and Bathroom replacement Works. In year one it is anticipated that 148 bathroom and 138 kitchen replacements will be carried out with approximately 200 bathrooms and 250 kitchens per annum thereafter for the remainder of the contract.
