Knowsley Council, Trafford Council and Rochdale Borough Council are seeking to establish a Framework Agreement (the Contract) for the supply, installation and maintenance of personal lifts and hoists. The Framework Agreement is for the supply, installation, servicing, maintenance, removal and re-installation of stairlifts, vertical through floor lifts, steplifts and hoists that improve the access to facilities for disabled people with sensory and mobility loss. The Specification, together with the accompanying tender documents, outlines the full scope of requirements and invites submissions from suitably experienced suppliers. The Framework Agreement (the Contract) will be for a period of 48 months. The Framework will be divided into four lots.
