Description
This further competition was for the provision of the University of Lincoln's Audio-Visual equipment supplies and the associated services, such as design, installation, maintenance and integrations etc. This contract was awarded following a further competition from the NEUPC (North Eastern Universities Purchasing Consortium) Audio Visual: Supplies, system design integration and maintenance Framework, under lot 5a (ACI2005 NE) The services involved in this contract require the Supplier to deliver an AV solution that will enable the University to meet its specific requirements and the Supplier will also aid the University in achieving its 'digital strategy and roadmap'. This will include the designing, provision of and the installation of the agreed solutions that will enable the University to provide the most current and up-to-date AV solutions to its users and students. The Supplier will also install, maintain and support all of the University's AV and will work closely with the various University department to ensure that the requirements are identified (pre-installation) and met (post-installation). The supplier will also be responsible for offering second line support for all AV issues and will be responsible for conducting relevant training on the use of AV equipment.
