The Patient and Healthcare Communications and Related IT Services project will encompass a suite of services which will help health-care suppliers deliver improved and modern care for patients in a post Covid-19 world. Amongst others, it will ensure commitment to delivering modern, efficient, and patient-centered care in a digital age. This is a replacement for the current NHSE 'Endorsed' framework. Telephony and Communication Services Dynamic Purchasing System

The Authority is exercising its option to extend its collaborative Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Telephony And Communication Services for an additional 12 months until 27 March 2026. The DPS comprises of two lots: Lot 1 - Telephony and Communication Services Lot 2 - Enterprise Bundled Services The DPS will remain open for new suppliers to apply to join. Current suppliers on the DPS do not need to re-apply and will remain on the DPS.
