*This Framework has been awarded and this notice is a Contract Award Notice*
It is Hyde's intention in respect of this invitation to tender to appoint a framework of consultants, divided into lots, to provide a range of consultancy services (Employers Agent, Architectural Services, Principal Designer (CDM), Clerk of Works, Planning Consultant and Fire Engineer) to THG (The Hyde Group) and other third-party framework users. The consultancy services provided via the framework will primarily support the delivery of new homes. Successful consultants will be appointed via a Framework Agreement.

Hyde is following the restricted procedure to procure the Framework Agreement, interested Applicants are initially only required to submit a completed SQ by the deadline stated in this notice. Only those Applicants that are shortlisted for the tender stage following the SQ evaluation will be required to submit a tender for the Framework Agreement in response to the Invitation to Tender (ITT).

This ITT seeks to create a framework by inviting proposals in respect of supply of Development Consultants services.
Hyde wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for use by the following UK public sector bodies (and any future successors to these organisations):

The Framework Value of £2,000,000,000 does not relate to the contract value. The Framework Value is a nominal amount to provide sufficient scope for framework usage by other public sector bodies during the 4 year framework term.

he University of Sheffield wishes to invite tenders for a Construction Design and Management (CDM) Principal Contractor Consultancy Resource for COMPASS on behalf of the Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre, Castings Group at Catcliffe, South Yorkshire. The University of Sheffield/AMRC is looking to engage with a consultant or organisation specialising in CDM/Health and Safety provisions and centred around carrying out certain roles and responsibilities of a 'Principal Contractor' and specifically the installation and commissioning of high value equipment within a hi-tech research and development, manufacturing facility. It is envisaged that the contract will be completed by 31st December 2025 (with a long stop completion date of 31st March 2026). The keys to the facility are expected to be formally signed off and handed over to the AMRC in January 2025. A broad timeline for the engagement of a CDM contractor is envisaged to be as follows:- • 1st October 2024 - 31st December 2024 - Onsite in Sheffield and ramping up activity (approximately 14 - 21 hours per week). • 1st January 2025 - 30th September 2025 - Onsite in Sheffield and working a full working week (35 hours) • 1st October 2025 - 31st December 2025 - Onsite in Sheffield and ramping down activity (approximately 21-14 hours per week). GLA School Air Filter Project

Procurement Objectives: The key objective of this procurement is to deliver the Mayor's School Filter Project. The key outcome of this project will be to install air quality filters in all classrooms across at least 200 selected schools in London (or in as many classrooms as practicable) to deliver reductions in PM2.5 concentrations in classrooms and realise subsequent health benefits for pupils and staff. These schools will be selected based on local concentrations and deprivation indices and will be spread evenly across the whole of London. The project will also need to deliver awareness raising and education with schools, as well as maintenance of the filters including filter replacements. It will also need a strong monitoring, evaluation and reporting component which will help to inform any further rollouts of filters once this project has concluded, and to ensure they are being effectively utilised.
