Development Consultants Framework

*This Framework has been awarded and this notice is a Contract Award Notice* It is Hyde's intention in respect of this invitation to tender to appoint a framework of consultants, divided into lots, to provide a range of consultancy services (Employers Agent, Architectural Services, Principal Designer (CDM), Clerk of Works, Planning Consultant and Fire Engineer) to THG (The Hyde Group) and other third-party framework users. The consultancy services provided via the framework will primarily support the delivery of new homes. Successful consultants will be appointed via a Framework Agreement. Hyde is following the restricted procedure to procure the Framework Agreement, interested Applicants are initially only required to submit a completed SQ by the deadline stated in this notice. Only those Applicants that are shortlisted for the tender stage following the SQ evaluation will be required to submit a tender for the Framework Agreement in response to the Invitation to Tender (ITT). This ITT seeks to create a framework by inviting proposals in respect of supply of Development Consultants services. Employers Agent Framework

Paradigm Housing Group (PHG) is setting up an Employer's Agent Framework which will comprise of seven Framework Consultants. \r \r Paradigm is a developing housing association building approximately 2000 new residential properties over the next five years. Our development portfolio comprises a mixture of land led & regeneration, joint venture, land & build package and S106 schemes across our area of operation. Paradigm appoints an Employer's Agent for every new development project, and occasionally to provide general advice. The Employer's Agent is a key consultant throughout the lifetime of each project providing pre-contract advice; compiling and administering build contracts, including the valuation and certification of works, monitoring programme and quality and ensuring that Paradigm receives compliant homes ready to be occupied; and managing defects post completion. \r \r The estimated value of the Framework Agreement is up to £4,500,000. \r \r The Framework will be in place for 4 years from 1st August 2024 to 31st July 2028.
