Description

The Commissioners have a requirement for the servicing, repair and maintenance of existing lifting and hoisting equipment installed in domestic properties equipment to enable disabled and elderly people to live as comfortably and independently as possible in their own homes
The supplier is required to carry out a program of scheduled servicing on a variety of equipment including straight and curved stairlifts, various ceiling track hoists, through floor lifts and step/ platform lifts.
The supplier is required to carry out a program of safety inspections as per the LOLER Regulations on all equipment
The supplier is required to provide a call-out service to deal with breakdowns and repairs to the Equipment on 24hr and 7 day a week basis

Hertfordshire County Council have a requirement for the Provision of Measured Term Works – Mechanical and Electrical, Planned, Reactive and Minor Works.
