Description

The Council is looking to establish a contract with a single Provider capable of delivering a suitable solution for the provision of tyres and associated services for vehicles maintained by the Council, predominantly at the Smithies Depot in Barnsley but at all sites throughout the borough.

Hertfordshire County Council have a requirement for the Provision of Measured Term Works – Mechanical and Electrical, Planned, Reactive and Minor Works. The works comprises of planned servicing and the responsive repair of mechanical and electrical services for a period that includes 24 hours per day over 365 days per annum, incorporating an emergency repair service for the properties as listed in the MTC Site List M&E and planned preventative maintenance within the properties as listed in HCC2516966 MTC M&E PPM Pricing Schedule. Sites may be added or deleted from the list during the period of the Contract. The Form of Contract will be the Joint Contracts Tribunal Standard Form of Measured Term Contract 2024 Edition incorporating the amendments detailed in the Specification. The Council will procure this Contract using the Open Procedure as defined in the Procurement Act 2023 Organisations wishing to take part in this project are invited to ‘express an interest’ and also ‘opt in’ which will give access to the full procurement documents in the e-tendering system. Annual AC Equipment and Coldroom service and maintenance including a reactive call out cover, as per Full asset list of university plant. Servicing to be done in accordance with Manufacturers guidelines and University of Dundee scope University of Dundee Scope of annual servicing where applicable. AC equipment indoor and outdoor to be checked for correct/efficient operation, cleaning and note any defects. The contractor should inform of any equipment that is now obsolete to allow for planned upgrades. Refrigerant levels should be checked and reported on to allow for continuous maintenance of the F gas registers. Spares to be kept on site for crucial equipment e.g data centres.
