Environment: Eco-friendly practices, peat-free compost, and pollinator-friendly species. Experience: Previous experience and proven track record in similar projects with references. Maintenance: Clarity and reliability of maintenance schedule, responsiveness to issues. Communication: Ability to liaise with council officers and provide updates or reports. Safety: Evidence of risk assessments, insurance, and safe working practices. Timeline: Realistic and achievable schedule for planting and maintenance.
