The vision is that the project will enable companies and organisations to leverage facilities and expertise, and work with complex simulations to develop, demonstrate, and integrate new software and products in the core field of the convergence between high-performance and cognitive computing and engineering, with a focus on developing the SME sector in the Liverpool City Region

        The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
