Description

A consortium of developers, the East Devon New Community Partners, is delivering the currently consented first 3,500 homes at Cranbrook in East Devon. The Section 106 agreement relating to this development secures the preparation and servicing of land for a "Skateboard Park" prior to 2,250 dwelling occupations. The responsibility for the delivery of the skatepark transferred to the Town Council earlier in 2021. Cranbrook Town Council is now looking to appoint a preferred supplier for the construction of a wheeled sports facility in a town centre location in Cranbrook as set out in the tender documents.

Any prospective supplier is invited to submit their design proposal(s) in accordance with the specification set out in the tender documents to the Town Council.

Downs to the Sea - Wet and Wadery

The wetland at RSPB Pulborough Brooks has potential to be a haven for breeding waders and wildfowl. However, there is little control over water on the site. This means that during flood events in winter, water cannot leave site quickly enough. However, when the water levels do drop, they fall too far, and water becomes scarce. By installing 4 new hydrological structures, water control can be regained across the site to create ideal habitat for the flora and fauna found on the SSSI. Timber Lamination Jig for HMSV Project

The purpose of this Planned Procurement Notice (PPN) is to alert potential suppliers to an opportunity to fabricate a large dimension timber lamination jig for the production of planks for conservation of HMS Victory. The aim of the HMS Victory Conservation Programme is to deliver a fully conserved ship, able to survive in an open environment for the next 50 years without major work beyond a programme of planned maintenance. The NMRN is seeking a fabrication contractor to produce a lamination jig for the production of large dimension timber elements for use in the conservation of HMS Victory's hull. The PPN notice contains Appendix 1 which has concept images of the proposed lamination jig which have been produced by shipwrights based on current known requirements, previous experience and the constraints of the conservation workshops in the Historic Dockyard. Due to the secure location of the Historic Ships Workshop we may not be able to undertake site visits during the PPN. It may be possible under the tender procedure once live. Copthorne Recreation Ground Rejuvenation Project

Worth Parish Council (WPC) invites tenders for "Contract E: Civils Package 2" at Copthorne Recreation Ground on Copthorne Bank.
