Floral Planting & Maintenance Contract 2026-2028

1. Summary Seaton Valley Community Council (SVCC) invites bids from suitably experienced horticultural contractors for the supply, installation and maintenance of floral planting schemes across the five villages of Seaton Delaval, Seghill, Seaton Sluice, New Hartley and Holywell. The contract supports the Council's strategic transition from annual bedding to sustainable perennial planting, together with wildflower areas and enhanced biodiversity. 2.
