The NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, hosted by Velindre NHS Trust are acting on behalf of all Health Boards/Trusts in Wales in seeking to put in place an All Wales Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) Solution Framework.
PROM measures a patient’s health status or health-treated quality of life at a single point in time and are collected through self-completed questionnaire (proforma) or a set of questionnaires. Each Health Board and Trust are pursuant of delivering a VBHC agenda and this is supported at a national level via the Welsh Value in Health Centre (WViHC).
The national requirement is to deliver a PROMs service in a consistent and standard manner that supports Health Boards and Trusts local requirements, whilst also supporting the Welsh Value in Health Centre national programme agenda. These are described in terms of goals, scenarios and functional requirements underpinned by standards (data, processes, and interoperability).

Find Case Law Public Beta Development

The objective of this procurement process is to source a delivery partner who will work with us in developing further the public beta of the Find Case Law service. The aim of the Find Case Law service (FCL) Is to permanently archive, publish and enable the re-use of court and tribunal judgments as data for everyone.   FCL is an information service. FCL follows an iterative Agile development approach. All service enhancements are planned and implemented in response to evidenced user need. Over the course of the proposed contract period, we anticipate making improvements to all aspects of the service including: our Homepage and support pages including our licence application journey, our search, browse and notifications functionality and our API and data re-use offer. We also need to improve our editorial interface and our underlying data model and infrastructure to allow us to widen the scope of what we publish without effecting our existing users and service offer. We expect that additional, yet to be determined, improvements will also be needed and which will emerge from user research and stakeholder engagement.  We intend to award a contract for an initial period of 2 years, with one extension option of up to 12 months. We anticipate that the maximum expenditure over the duration of the contract period (including any extension options) will be £3.45m including VAT (i.e. an average maximum expenditure of £1.15m per year).

Cantium Business Solutions Ltd, and its trading brands (Cantium), is a Local Authority Trading Company (LATCo) delivering ICT managed services that is ultimately owned by Kent County Council (KCC) and is part of the Commercial Services Group (CSG). Cantium, and its trading brands, provides ICT Managed Services to its customers across the UK within the Education, Local Authority, and the Private sector. As a LATCo, we are proud of our Public Sector heritage, which has given us a foundation in business delivery and infrastructure insight. This uniquely enables us to drive innovation and progressive practices to deliver the best value for our clients. Cantium supports its customers by offering advice and guidance on the use of Information Technology to maximise the business benefits of current systems and support the delivery of new products and services. Cantium is looking to partner as a reseller with an Authorised UK Microsoft CSP Indirect Provider to act as the licence provider for Microsoft products for resale to its customers. This Agreement shall commence on 3rd February 2026 and shall continue in force for up to 36 months unless terminated in accordance with the partner contractual conditions or extended in accordance with clause 2.6. The buyer has the right to request up to two x 12-month extensions to this contract, providing the supplier with a minimum notice of 30 days prior to the contract end date. Therefore, the maximum possible contract length will be 60 months. Any contractual offer made will be against a zero-value agreement as any sales will be based on best value for our customers. However, the total contract value over the 60 month period is estimated at circa £7 million inclusive of VAT. All bidders are to confirm alignment with the principles of Cantium’s Supply Chain Charter.
