Description

The University of the West of Scotland (UWS) seeks proposals from suitably qualified suppliers for the migration of the UWS website (Umbraco 13) to a cloud-based infrastructure. The objective of this project is to improve performance, maintainability, resilience, and security of the University’s digital presence.
Please note that Embrako 13 is coming to the end of life (October 2026) and there will be no further support for that product after this date.
UWS has defined a Technical Design Architecture (TDA) and associated requirements for this migration. This tender request sets out those requirements in detail and invites suppliers to propose a delivery approach, costs, and support framework.
The specification outlines the current technical infrastructure, but equivalent solutions will be acceptable.

Three Year ICT Managed Service Contract 2026-2029

The contract will be for the provision of Southside Housing Association’s Managed ICT Service. This includes our main office at 135 Fifty Pitches Road, Glasgow; our subsidiary office at 435 Shields Road, Glasgow and our mobile working staff who use tablets and phones while out in our estates and in residents’ homes.
