Framework for Construction Consultancy Services (GEN4)

EN:PROCURE LIMITED ("ENP") is a social housing regeneration consortium based in the North of England. ENP specialises in the procurement of goods, works and services for the construction and maintenance of social housing properties but may extend to other property types that are owned or managed by our Members.\r \r ENP wishes to procure and enter into a framework agreement to provide a broad range of professional consultant services to support our Members with various consultancy and specialist services principally for construction related services for social housing, public sector and commercial buildings, and specialist areas such renewable energy services. \r \r Call offs under the framework may be undertaken on a on a single stage or multi-stage call-off basis:\r \r The Consultant(s) will be expected to provide the services on a collaborative way to a high standard and are expected to share ENP's commitment to regeneration, specifically the creation of training, work placement, educational activity, direct and shared apprenticeship, and new employment opportunities. Over the term of the framework ENP will expect Consultant(s) to develop their own ESG strategies as appropriate to bring wider benefits to ENP and its Members. \r \r The lot structure under the framework will be:\r \r Lot 1 - Employers Agent and/or Project Manager Services \r Lot 2 - Quantity Surveying and/or Cost Management Services \r Lot 3 - Architectural Services \r Lot 4 - Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Engineering Services \r Lot 5 - Structural Engineering Services \r Lot 6 - Building Surveyor Services \r Lot 7 - Principal Designer Services under Construction (Design and Management) Regulations \r Lot 8 - Principal Designer Services under Building Safety Act\r Lot 9 - Clerk of Works and/or Site Supervision Services\r Lot 10 - Party Wall Surveyor Services\r Lot 11 - Stock Condition Surveyor Services\r Lot 12 - Fire Safety Consultant Services \r Lot 13 - Fire Risk Assessor Services (FRA) \r Lot 14 - Retrofit Assessor Services \r Lot 15 - Retrofit Coordinator Services \r Lot 16 - Asset Management Services \r Lot 17 - Land Development Advisor Services \r Lot 18 - Lifts and Stairlifts Consultancy Services\r Lot 19 - Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy Services (including more than 1 consultant discipline from Lots 1 - 10, 12, 14 and 15) \r \r The tender documents can be accessed free of charge at: https://procontract.due-north.com/Supplier/Advert/View?advertId=1ac22dd3-217b-ef11-812f-005056b64545\r \r \r \r
