GB-Edinburgh: Liferafts and Lifejackets - NLV Pharos and new NLV Polestar

Hire of Life Saving Apparatus for our 2 vessels NLV Pharos and NLV Polestar - Liferafts and Lifejackets. We would require a contract in place for 4 years, with annual same day exchange on lifejackets, and either annually or biennially same day exchange options on the liferafts at a specified UK port or drydock location. We require all equipment supplied to be compliant with new UK Marine Equipment Regulations (MER) and in line with Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS), satisfying flag state requirements to allow the Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) to issue the safety equipment certificate.

The Marine Systems Support (MSS) Team, which is part of the ships operating centre within Defence Equipment Support (DES) provides global support to the Royal Navy.
