Active Travel Liskeard (Cornwall)

Liskeard Town Council in Cornwall wants to commission a comprehensive Local Walking and Cycling Infrastructure Plan for Liskeard. This will include preferred option(s) for a Liskeard multi-use network to encourage local people and visitors to Liskeard to access the town and its surroundings; identifying the preferred option for a town centre cycle hub; and recommendations on enlarging bus stops on Barras Street. The work will include analysis of the current situation, consultation with stakeholders and detailed recommendations and plans which can be used as the basis of funding bids. Liskeard Christmas Lights

Liskeard Town Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide a Christmas Lighting Display in Liskeard Town Centre for three years (Christmas 2023, 2024 and 2025). The scheme of work involves design, supply, installation, maintenance, removal and storage of leased Christmas lights and decorations annually. The Council is looking for new designs and ideas, with a Cornish theme, and is interested in eco-friendly displays, e.g. energy efficient LEDs, solar options, etc. The lights need to go up in the first half of November and be taken down in January. Liskeard Public Hall WC Refurbishment

Liskeard Town Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake refurbishment of the ladies and gents toilet facilities at The Public Hall, 3-5 West Street, Liskeard. The works are to commence August 2023. You are required to provide your required contract period which will be entered into the JCT Minor Works 2016 contract under clause 2.2. The site may be inspected by arrangeent with Charlotte Kelshall of Le Page Architects on 01752 849880. The schedule of works costed against each item, cash flow forecast and outline programme and completed 'form of tender' is to be sealed in a marked envelope and returned to Le Page Architects, Plumer House, Tailyour Road, Crownhill, Plymouth, PL6 5DH not later than 12 noon on Wednesday 26 July 2023.
