The contract period is 1st July 2025 - 31st March 2032 (which includes an optional extension period for up to 3 (three) years) The total combined contract value, including extensions is £6,997,437 for the term of 6 (six) years and 9 (nine). The publication of this notice marks the end of the standstill period. Representations by providers were instructed be made to decision makers by midnight 3rd March 2025. Children and Young People Mental Health Early Intervention Hubs

The Department of Health and Social Care has awarded 24 for the delivery of Children and Young People Mental Health Hubs. The hubs will provide early intervention services for children and young people within the age range of 11-25 years old. Accommodation and Support Services

The Council currently commission Young Devon to provide supported accommodation to young people aged 16 years to 25 under a number of Lots in contract TCS2420. Recent government regulations have required Young Devon to register Millbrook separately. This Contract will enable the Council to utilise the Millbrook provision outside of the previous scope. The provision and support provided is a key priority for the Council who currently have young people seeking asylum aged 18 years and over placed at Millbrook. The council wish to continue to use this provision for young people18-year-olds and over.
