This is a formal award notice to award a contract using a competitive process under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) regulations for NHS Devon Integrated Care Board (ICB) for the provision of the Children & Young People's Community Based Emotional Wellbeing & Mental Health Services
Details of the services were provided in the F02: Contract Notice published 14th October 2024 - 2024/S 000-033071 and F03: Contract Award Notice (Intention to Award) published 19th February 2025 - 2025/S 000-005903. 
The contract period is 1st July 2025 - 31st March 2032 (which includes an optional extension period for up to 3 (three) years)
The total combined contract value, including extensions is £6,997,437 for the term of 6 (six) years and 9 (nine).
The publication of this notice marks the end of the standstill period. Representations by providers were instructed be made to decision makers by midnight 3rd March 2025. 
This exercise was carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioner along with the publication of this notice.

Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) Project in North and West Bristol, information sessions and COPD passport

NHS Bristol North Somerset and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG) Integrated Care Board (ICB) is seeking a provider to implement a community based programme of education and peer support for people with COPD in North and West Bristol. This will provide early intervention activity which will be integrated into a larger COPD pathway. The outline of the project has been co-designed by clinical and non-clinical partners and people with lived experience. The COPD project will consist of three constituent parts: • Co-produced Multi-Agency Information Sessions • Linked Peer Support provision • COPD Passport The Provider will be responsible for project managing, co-producing and delivering all aspects of the COPD project in North and West Bristol, utilising recognised co-production approaches, tools and techniques to further develop this initiative.  The Commissioner has a maximum financial envelope available of £73,296 inclusive of VAT per year. The maximum contract value for the 3 year contract term is £219,888. At the end of the initial contract term, the commissioner will have extensions option of up to 2 years in total, made of 2 x 12 month periods, which will be awarded at the commissioner's discretion, giving a maximum possible contract value of £366,480 inclusive of VAT over 5 years if the full contract term is fulfilled. TUPE is not expected to apply to this process. The new contract is expected to commence on the 6th of October 2025. The procurement is being carried out by NHS South Central and West Commissioning Support Unit.

THE PROVISION OF DOMESTIC ABUSE AND VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN AND GIRLS SUPPORT SERVICES

London borough of Haringey ("the Council") invites tenders from suitably experienced and qualified providers to deliver the provision of domestic abuse and violence against women and girls support services for Haringey residents. The service will be procure in 6 individual Lots. Tenderers may submit tenders for one, some or all Lots. A maximum of up to three (3) Lots may be awarded to one Tenderer. Any bid must not exceed the maximum financial envelope stipulated. Any bid that exceeds this criterion will be viewed as non-compliant and will be rejected without further assessment. The contract will be awarded to the Most Advantageous Tender (MAT). MAT for this contract is Quality 60%, Social Value 10% and Price 30%. Tender submissions will be subject to minimum quality thresholds. Tenderers must be aware that TUPE will apply to these services, subject to the right of employees to object to transferring, and subject to the possibility of the existing providers reassigning employees to other services prior to the transfer. Further details will be available in the invitation to tender. All costs must be incorporated within the pricing schedule provided. The pricing schedule will be evaluated as further described in the Tender documents.
