Framework for Construction Consultancy Services (GEN4)

EN:PROCURE LIMITED ("ENP") is a social housing regeneration consortium based in the North of England. ENP specialises in the procurement of goods, works and services for the construction and maintenance of social housing properties but may extend to other property types that are owned or managed by our Members.\r \r ENP wishes to procure and enter into a framework agreement to provide a broad range of professional consultant services to support our Members with various consultancy and specialist services principally for construction related services for social housing, public sector and commercial buildings, and specialist areas such renewable energy services. \r \r Call offs under the framework may be undertaken on a on a single stage or multi-stage call-off basis:\r \r The Consultant(s) will be expected to provide the services on a collaborative way to a high standard and are expected to share ENP's commitment to regeneration, specifically the creation of training, work placement, educational activity, direct and shared apprenticeship, and new employment opportunities. CPT_24_39 Leasing Agent Services

The National Audit Office (NAO) awarded a contract to Align Property Partners Limited using Lot 2: Estate (Property) Management and Lot 3: Agency and Lease Management of Crown Commercial Services Estate Management services Framework. The selected supplier will be supporting the NAO with marketing the NAO's current and future vacant London office space for leasing to potential new clients. The mobilisation phase will commence on Monday 6th January 2025 with contract go live date of Monday 3rd February 2025 and shall continue for an initial period of 2 years until Tuesday 2nd February 2027. The contract may be extended by 3,12 months extension until Saturday 2nd February 2030 at the NAO's discretion. The contract value is £250,000.00 inclusive of VAT
