Construction Consultancy Services Framework

Fusion21 has developed a Framework for the provision of a range of Construction Consultancy services that can be accessed by existing and future Fusion21 Members. This procurement exercise invited tenders from interested economic operators that met the criteria set out in the tender documentation. The framework is split into 15 Lots, these include: 1. Framework for Construction Consultancy Services (GEN4)

EN:PROCURE LIMITED ("ENP") is a social housing regeneration consortium based in the North of England. ENP specialises in the procurement of goods, works and services for the construction and maintenance of social housing properties but may extend to other property types that are owned or managed by our Members.\r \r ENP wishes to procure and enter into a framework agreement to provide a broad range of professional consultant services to support our Members with various consultancy and specialist services principally for construction related services for social housing, public sector and commercial buildings, and specialist areas such renewable energy services. \r \r Call offs under the framework may be undertaken on a on a single stage or multi-stage call-off basis:\r \r The Consultant(s) will be expected to provide the services on a collaborative way to a high standard and are expected to share ENP's commitment to regeneration, specifically the creation of training, work placement, educational activity, direct and shared apprenticeship, and new employment opportunities. Bangor Business School - Construction Consultancy Services

The Business School has set ambitious growth targets, diligently working to expand student and staff numbers, and enhance the school's reputation. With this growth, the demand for space has surged, surpassing the capacity of our current premises in Hen Goleg. A new building will accommodate this growth and Bangor University plans to refurbish and add a new build extension to Friars School, Bangor, with the aim of using this new location for its Business School.
