Durham County Council would like to commission a provider, which could be a partnership or consortium, to deliver a contract for County Durham Adult Wellbeing Services, which consists of five bespoke services:\r \r 1. Workplace Health Programme

This contract is for a Workplace Health Programme.\r \r The contract covers the following key elements:\r \r 1. Collaboration with the regional North East Better Health at Work Award (BHAWA) verifying body, the Trade Union Congress (TUC) Northern, to deliver the Better Health at Work Award in County Durham in accordance with the service delivery requirements detailed below in this specification.\r \r 2. Provision of a programme of work to provide information, advice, guidance, training and support to local public, private and voluntary sector organisations who want to improve workplace and workforce health (including those organisations who do not want to take part in the North East BHAWA). \r \r 3.
