The Council wishes to seek multiple Providers to deliver Holiday Activities with Healthy Food for Children in Receipt of Benefits-related Free School Meals within the boundaries of County Durham. 
All providers must meet DfE framework of standards as below:
• Food Provision
• Enrichment Activities
• Physical Activities
• Increasing Awareness of Healthy Eating, healthy lifestyles, 
 and positive behaviours
• Signposting and referrals and supporting families
• Safeguarding
• Policies and Procedures
This project utilises DfE funding which is for school aged children in receipt of benefits related free school meals

Margate Skatepark Design and Build

For the provision of a Skatepark build in Margate, Kent. The Employer will enter into a JCT Design and Build contract with the successful specialist contractor with the experience, track record, capability and capacity to deliver a skatepark new build of the scale and complexity outlined in the Appendix A - Specification. The contract will include consultations and engagement activity to ensure the proposed design meets with local aspirations, has a degree of challenge to suit all levels of abilities, will achieve planning approval and can be delivered within the project budget and timescales. (the project needs to be delivered and operational by mid July 2026, with a 3 month defects period). The Contract is anticipated to commence upon October 2025 for a duration of 12 Months.
