Framework Agreement for the Supply of Light and Commercial Catering Equipment and Other Related Services 1 December 2023 to 30 November 2027, for a period of 4 years (48 months). The Framework Agreement comprises of eight Lots: Lot 1 - Light catering equipment, delivered in bulk to warehouses for distribution Lot 2 - Light catering equipment and other catering items, including but not limited to crockery, trays, other service equipment, delivered non-palletised in smaller quantities to individual establishments Lot 3 - Prime cooking and warming equipment, including oven ranges, combi ovens, convection ovens, fryers, hot cupboards, delivered to individual establishments Lot 4 - Refrigeration, including commercial upright and under-counter refrigeration and commercial upright and chest freezers, delivered to individual establishments Lot 5 - Ware-washing equipment, including front loading, pass through and rack conveyor dishwashers, delivered to individual establishments Lot 6 - General fabrication, including tabling, racking, shelving, cupboards, sink units, ambient units, delivered to individual establishments Lot 7 - Small commercial appliances, including food mixers, toasters, grills, microwave ovens, delivered to individual establishments Lot 8 - General purpose and service trolleys, including educational trolleys, delivered to individual establishments This Framework Agreement also provides for other related services, including commercial kitchen design, catering equipment installation, repair and maintenance of catering equipment and catering equipment rental.

Hampshire County Council invites applications from suitably experienced organisations who wish to be considered for selection to tender for The Supply of Light and Commercial Catering Equipment and Other Related Services.. The Framework will commence on 01 December 2023 and will be for a period of 4 years. Interested parties should register their interest in the project via the In-Tend website https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire, and complete and submit the tender return document together with any supporting information requested by 14:00 hrs on Thursday 28 September 2023. How to obtain the Tender Documents The Tender documents can be accessed when logged into In-Tend by selecting 'View Details' on the relevant tender advert and clicking the 'Express Interest' tab. Once in the tender there are five tabs - 'Tender', 'ITT - documents', 'Correspondence', 'Clarifications' and 'History'. Catering and Refrigeration Maintenance

The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust is contracting for a semi-comprehensive maintenance contract for its Catering and Refrigeration equipment across three Trust sites. The contract is split into three Lots. Lot 1 for all Catering Equipment, Lot 2 for all Refrigeration equipment, and Lot 3 for all equipment.
