Framework Agreement for the Supply of Facilities Management Equipment, Fencing, Floor Cleaning Machines, White Goods and Commercial Laundry Equipment
1 March 2025 to 28 February 2029, for a period of 4 years (48 months).
The Framework comprises of five Lots:
Lot 1 - Facilities Management Equipment, including but not limited to trolleys, ladders, lifting and handling equipment, signage
Lot 2 - Fencing, including installation services
Lot 3 - Floor Cleaning Machines, including vacuum cleaners,  scrubber/dryers
Lot 4 - White Goods, including washing appliances, cooking appliances, dishwash appliances, refrigeration and smaller electrical appliances
Lot 5 - Commercial Laundry Equipment, including installation services

Pre-letting (void) refurbishments at Market Parade, Havant

Havant Borough Council (the council) is inviting bidders to submit tenders for the provision of pre-letting (void) refurbishments at 14 flats in a block in Market Parade, Havant. Roof Safe Access Specialist Contractor

The NHM intends to create a Framework Agreement for the Design and Build of roof access safety systems over a period of 3 years, with two optional extensions of 1 year + 1 year. The Framework Agreement will include the ability to call off for a pre-construction services agreement (PCSA) and a JCT Design and Build Contract to deliver construction of the roof access system. Due to funding restrictions, only work in FY2526 is guaranteed and all works must be completed by March 2026. Subject to funding availability in future years and satisfactory performance in the current years' contracts, the NHM will call off on the PCSA and JCT Design and Build Contract for subsequent year's works. To access the documents for this tender exercise, all tenderers will be required to sign an NDA and return this to the Museum for counter signature. This will be made available via the SQ Stage of Delta e-Sourcing. The NDA must be signed by an authorised signatory on behalf of the company and returned to the Museum via the Message Centre of the SQ Stage.
