PCI_LotA_103 Land East of Basingstoke - Stage 2 for Planning

A call-off from Lot A of the Place, Connectivity & Infrastructure Professional Services Framework 2022-2026 (Published 4 March 2022). This following commission (PCI_LotA_013) for the associated Stage 2 activities building on Stage 0/1 and providing input to the Planning Application and needs to cover the following aspects: - Project Management Transport Planning Flood Modelling and Surface Water Drainage Modelling Air Quality Assessment Acoustic/Noise Modelling Arboriculture Assessment Structural design Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) data This commission follows on from the Stage 0/1 commission and culminates with the submission of the hybrid planning application - currently planned for June / July 2024

PROFFESSIONAL SERVICES & GROUND INVESTIGATION CONTRACT 2023-2031

This contract is the Professional Service Contract (PSC) and the Ground Investigation Contract (GI). The PSC and the GI Contract will be offered as two National Lots. More than one contractor may be appointed for each of the PSC and GI Lots. PSC will cover all types of Civil Engineering, Environmental, Heritage, Business Process Advice & Design, Strategy & Resilience Consultancy Services. The expected turnover will be approximately £3 - £4 million per annum for PSC and approximately £1.5 - £2 million per annum for GI. The Framework Contracts are to be awarded for a period of up to 8 years, with an initial term of 4 years followed by extension options of a further 4 years in increments to be determined.

PCI_LotA_090 Post Tensioned structures - Risk review and Inspection

A call-off from Lot A of the Place, Connectivity & Infrastructure Professional Services Framework 2022-2026 (Published 4 March 2022). · Consultant to carry out Risk Review and risk assessments, in accordance with CS 465, on 5 post tensioned structures. · Risk Review and Risk assessment shall be based on available information and will assess the need for further investigations and PTSI Site Inspection. Should the need for the PTSI site inspection be identified then this shall be undertaken by the consultant · Critical sections shall be identified and critical points calculated as part of the risk review. · Risk review report shall identify where the is insufficient information to carry out a risk assessment. Recommendations on the action needed to collect the necessary information shall be provided in the risk review report. · Risk management measures shall be recommended in each Risk review report · When a PTSI site investigation has been identified as a risk management measure, a technical plan shall be prepared in accordance with CS465. HCC may ask that the investigation is implemented but this will be separate to this Work Order
