YPO are looking for Providers to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement for the provision of Refuse and Recycling Products including Wheeled Bins, Food Waste Caddies, Recycling Boxes and Distribution. The Framework is designed to meet the needs of all public sector organisations which includes YPO’s internal requirements by establishing an agreement where the end customer will place orders directly with the Provider on a “contract” basis and the Provider will deliver direct to the end customer on an agreed basis.

615_25 Street Furniture

An ESPO national framework for the supply of outdoor furniture, including bins, benches, bollards, shelters and canopies, cycle racks, solar compacting bins and bin housings. Lot 1 - Benches Lot 2 - Indoor Bins Lot 3 - Outdoor Bins and Housing Lot 4 - Solar Compacting Smart Bins Lot 5 - Grit Bins Lot 6 - Shelters and Canopies Lot 7 - Cycle Racks Lot 8 - Bollards The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 24 months. The total estimated value stated includes the option period. ESPO will monitor the financial stability of the awarded Suppliers during the period of the Framework Agreement by reference to credit ratings agency reports. ESPO shall obtain a credit score for the Supplier on or before the Framework start date as a base score and where a significant change in the credit score is identified over the life of the Framework Agreement, ESPO reserves the right to investigate the reasons for this significant change. Depending on the severity of the changes, it will be at the sole discretion of ESPO to suspend or even permanently remove the Supplier from the Framework Agreement. ESPO has established a commercial trading company, ESPO Trading Limited, whose target clients are third sector organisations such as national and local charities, public sector mutual organisations and other organisations involved in the delivery of services to or for the public sector. The successful Supplier may be asked to enter into an additional separate framework agreement (the Second Framework) with ESPO Trading Limited on materially similar terms to that found in the tender pack to be entered into by ESPO itself. Any Second Framework agreement will be a purely commercial agreement and will, for the avoidance of doubt, not be governed by the Public Contract Regulations 2015 or other public procurement legislation. ESPO Trading Limited may enter into the second framework agreement with the successful supplier and make it available to third sector clients who themselves are not required to follow the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 or other public procurement legislation. Accordingly, this is provided for bidders information only. An eAuction process may be used to award subsequent call off contracts following the reopening of competition among the parties to the Framework Agreement.

The supply, delivery and installation of outdoor furniture, cycle racks, shelters, waste/recycling bins, wheeled bins and grit bins, seating and other outdoor furniture to feature in the ESPO catalogue for delivery direct to individual customer establishments. Lot 1 - Outdoor Bins Lot 2 - Outdoor Furniture Lot 3 - Grit Bins and Salt Spreaders Lot 4 - Cycle Shelters and Scooter Racks The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 23 months. The total estimated value stated (which is captured in this notice as a Value excluding VAT) includes the option period. This contract will contain a contract monitoring clause which will require suppliers to ensure that there is no material detrimental change in their financial standing and/or their credit rating (as determined by use of a Credit Reference Agency).
