ESPO are establishing a national framework for the provision of refuse and recycling products, including not limited to plastic wheeled bins (2 and 4 wheels), steel wheeled bins (4 wheels), steel wheeled bin maintenance, spare parts for 4-wheeled bins, plastic refuse sacks, compostable liners, kerbside containers, compost bins, and food waste containers. This is in relation to the renewal framework for the Supply and Delivery of Recycle and Refuse Containers, for all 32 council areas in Scotland and Scotland Excel Associate members.
