HfL requires a framework for the provision of a suitable Occupational Health and Employee Assistance Program supplier for all types of educational settings, providing a full range of services that enable school leaders and staff to effectively manage staff attendance, health, and wellbeing. This offer will be accessible for the aforementioned educational settings nationally. An Occupational Health provider gives settings access to clinical advice which gives schools the ability to manage attendance and ill health. The core services that must be supplied as a minimum are the provision of pre-employment checks, management referrals and assessment, ill health retirement assessments and eligibility certification.

Herts for Learning - Managed Payroll Services - Single Supplier Framework Agreement - AWARD

Herts for Learning Limited herein after referred to as HfL is the largest schools' company in the UK with over 520 school shareholders, dedicated to improving education for young people in Hertfordshire and beyond. HfLs requirement is to establish a single supplier framework agreement for the provision of a cloud based Managed Payroll Systems for schools. The framework allows for growth in the market and as such covers all schools in England, not just Hertfordshire. HfL already partner with many maintained schools and academies and market insight has shown that contracting a new payroll provider via HfL (who is already established preferred supplier) would be received positively. It is anticipated that the established relationships would be leverage to grow the customer base for payroll. To support this and further position this partnership as an attractive offer the HR Services department of HfL will maintain the underpinning terms and conditions within the payroll system and support the process of HR contracts administration. Framework Agreement for Recruitment Services for the Provision of Supply Teachers and Education Support Staff - AWARD

The scope for this Framework Agreement is for all temporary and Fixed Term teaching and non-teaching roles, for the use of primary and secondary schools, academies, trusts, special schools, nurseries, pupil referral units and other educational establishments within the Hertfordshire geographical area including Trusts with one or more of their schools located within Hertfordshire and other schools outside. The core roles provided in this Framework Agreement are Supply Teachers and Education Support Staff. Supply Teachers and Education Support Staff shall provide cover for daily supply engagements or long-term assignments. The core roles are mandatory; Suppliers must have the ability to provide Supply Teachers and Education Support Staff to bid for a position on the framework. Supply Teachers may be required to cover a variety of absences or vacancies, including in difficult to fill geographic areas or where there is a skill shortage. The non-core roles provided in this Framework Agreement include but are not limited to; -senior staffing positions including Headteachers and Senior Leadership roles; -other temporary staffing services including invigilators, admin and clerical staff, IT staff, finance staff, estates and maintenance, and cleaners. HFL Education - Finance, Accounting and Management Information Systems Framework Agreement - AWARD

This Multi-Lot, Multi Supplier Framework Agreement is for Finance, Budgeting and Accounting Systems as well as Management Information Systems to be provided for Schools, Academy Trusts and Education Settings, offering a full range of functions that enable school leaders and staff to manage their settings effectively and efficiently. With regard to Finance, Budgeting and Accounting Systems the Framework aspires to provide a broad range of functionality giving schools control over their finances, from funding, income, expenditure, and capital. Core functionality must meet the DfE defined Common Basic Data Set (see functionality section with the specification) as a minimum. With regard to Management Information Systems the Framework aspires to provide a cloud based MIS solution where the definition of such is that "the entire MIS system is hosted offsite and accessible via any web-enabled device from any location at any time". The Framework is split into 8 LOTS, with up to 3 suppliers appointed to each Lot.

Invitation to Tender for Broadband Network Services Framework Agreement

HFL has elected to reprocure a Framework for the provision of suitable broadband network services for schools, and education settings within Hertfordshire including MATs with a setting in Hertfordshire. The Supplier will provide a fully managed wide area broadband network to enable a high-speed network connection to eligible settings. In line with Government recommendations and the national fibre roll out, schools are expected to move off copper-based connections and move over to fibre solutions. Suppliers are required to continue delivering EoFTTC, FTTC and SOGEA where is it available locally.
