Framework for Contractor to deliver new homes on behalf of Chapter Homes This procurement process is being undertaken by Durham County Council on behalf of Chapter Homes. Asset Operation, Maintenance and Response Framework

The Environment Agency have established a Framework Agreement that will be utilised for the following requirements: - -Civil Engineering projects; -Mechanical Electrical Instrumentation Control and Automation projects; -Vegetation Management programmes; -Landscape and Habitat Creation Implementation and Establishment Aftercare; and -Asset Operation and Incident Response activities The duration of the Framework is three years (36 months) with one optional one-year (12 month) extension (totalling fours years or 48 months). The total estimated value of the Framework based on a four year (48 month) duration is between £500,000,000.00 - £600,000,000.00. The Environment Agency does not guarantee any level of work under this Framework Agreement.

ENP specialises in the procurement of goods, works and services for the construction and maintenance of social housing properties.\r \r ENP wishes to procure and enter into a framework agreement with multiple contractors for the new build construction of residential and commercial buildings. The scope of works undertaken via the framework agreement will include design, site preparation, site remediation, associated civil engineering and infrastructure works, new build construction, refurbishment and the development of various property types, including mixed use developments incorporating commercial or public infrastructure and or buildings.
