The total estimated value stated (which is captured in this notice as a Value excluding VAT) includes the option period. This contract will contain a contract monitoring clause which will require suppliers to ensure that there is no material detrimental change in their financial standing and/or their credit rating (as determined by use of a Credit Reference Agency). Bi-annual review meetings will be held.

YPO are looking for Providers to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement for the provision of Gymnastic and Gymnasium Equipment, Mats, Accessories, Bespoke Matting & Installation, and Inspection & Maintenance Services. This Framework is designed to meet the needs of all public sector organisations which includes YPO's internal requirements by establishing an agreement for Providers to deliver to YPO customers on a direct basis whereby the end customer places the order with YPO and YPO places the order with the Provider, but the Provider delivers direct to the end customer (Lots 1-9).
