PURCH2665 Framework Agreement for the Provision of Graphic Design Services. The Framework Agreement will consist of two (2) lots and there will be a maximum of three (3) suppliers appointed onto each Lot. The award will be up to a maximum of four (4) years (two years fixed term with the option of extending by 2 x 12-month periods). Refer to Stage 1 tender documents available from Public Contracts Scotland. Returns should be submitted via Public Contracts Scotland, no paper copies will be accepted.
