Supply Chain Notice: WC1680036 - Dhekelia Storm Network - Works to prevent further erosion, overland flows, or downstream flooding to the SFA project, CYPRUS

Description

Demolish and reconstruct (increased in size) open storm drain channel with approximate length of 1.2km. Additionally provide attenuation ponds/basins along storm drain channel route to reduce peak flows

-	Site preparation, protection works and environmental controls

-	Demolition and removal of the existing channel structure, including breaking out concrete and removal of all arisings from site to and approved disposal facility.

-	Excavation to formation level along the existing channel alignment to achieve required levels and gradients for the new channel section.

-	Placement of sub-base materials, including granular fill and blinding concrete to prepare a lev-el and stable formation.

-	Installation of reinforcement in accordance with design drawings, including bar fixing, sup-ports, and spacers.

-	Formwork erection to provide the new orthogonal channel profile, including any temporary work required for stability and access.

-	Provision and formation of joints, including expansion and contraction joints at locations spec-ified in the design.

-	Casting and curing of concrete to the specified levels, gradients, and finish, ensuring appropri-ate curing procedures and quality control.

-	Completion works, including removal of formwork, backfilling to final levels where required, surface reinstatement, and site clean-up.

-	Expression of interest: Thursday 04/12/2025 
-	Expression of interest return: Wednesday 17/12/2025
-	Invitation to Tender: Friday 09/01/2026
-	Tender Return Date: Friday 13/02/2026
-	Contract award: Tuesday 17/03/2026
-	Commencement of work: Monday 23/03/2026
-	Completion of work: Friday 16/10/2026

The currency of this project is Euro (€).

The location of this project is Dhekelia, Cyprus (British Forces).

Additional information: 
Any company wishing to participate in this tender should complete the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) and the EOI form which are attached and return them electronically to the above email address by no later than 12:00 EET on 17/12/2025. 
 
For companies that have submitted a PQQ within the last 12 months, there is no requirement to re-submit it. They must provide the details of their last PQQ submission to guarantee inclusion on the invitation list.
