Description

This framework covers both reactive and planned maintenance services for drainage, flooring, and electrical systems across Somerset NHS Foundation Trust and Somerset Council sites. Contractors will deliver emergency call-outs, routine repairs, and scheduled works in compliance with the specification. 
The framework will be split into the following three lots:
 - Lot 1 - Planned and Reactive Drainage Works
 - Lot 2 - Planned and Reactive Flooring Works 
 - Lot 3 - Planned and Reactive Electrical Works 
The maximum total value of this framework is £10,000,000 excluding VAT. This figure is not an estimate of anticipated spend; it has been intentionally set at a higher level to ensure sufficient capacity for all potential call-off contracts over the full maximum framework term of eight years.

2025 - 1069 Group Electrical Works

Citizen wishes to enter into a Electrical Works Framework with up to three Contractors per Lot. Lots will be split into three geographical areas as described below, to ensure that we receive an excellent service, which represents value for money. Please note this tender is reserved for local suppliers in accordance to the Procurement Act 2023 (Midlands).
