The supplier will provide a range of products and services to BHC Dhaka teams including (but not limited to): - Political Economy Analysis and Institutional Analysis on-demand in specific sectors and policy design/policy delivery problems - Support for Theory of Change workshops and sector strategies, with a specific focus on political economy and political feasibility - Capacity-building for implementing partners of programmes on TWP including PEA and IA - Regular engagement with implementing partners to deliver TWP, depending on the level of expertise The route to market for this contract is not yet determined and FCDO will be using market feedback from the Early Market Engagement event (https://forms.office.com/e/LSdqLfcdVt) to inform the decision. The route to market stated in this notice is therefore subject to change. FCDO cannot guarantee that interested suppliers will be eligible to participate in the route to market that is ultimately selected.
