The Authority is seeking quotations for the printing, finishing and delivery of the Out and About in the North York Moors magazine 2026. Format: 52 inside pages plus a four-page cover, finished trimmed size approximately 270mm deep by 190mm wide, portrait. Paper: • Insides: 70gsm near woodfree silk • Cover: 115gsm woodfree gloss All stock must be FSC certified. Print: Full colour throughout. Artwork will be supplied electronically and must be printed with bleed. Finishing: Book fold, two-wire stitched and trimmed to size. Quantities: 80,000 – 90,000 copies. Please provide quotations for each quantity. Timescale: Print by February 2026 (date to be confirmed). Proofs: Page proofs on the selected stock must be provided before full production. Delivery: Bundled, under-wrapped and cross-strapped, bulk packed on pallets and delivered to one UK address (to be confirmed) between 09:00–15:30 on a vehicle with a tail-lift.
